Customer Service Agent - Be the Voice That Makes a Difference

Location: LeatherheadContract: Full-Time, Permanent RoleSalary: £26,500 Per AnnumHours: 37.5 hours per week, rotational shift pattern between 7am - 8pm (5 shifts of 7.5 hours)

Are you a confident communicator who thrives in a fast-paced environment? Do you enjoy helping people and solving problems over the phone? We're looking for a Call Centre Agent to join a dynamic team supporting essential property maintenance services.

This is more than just a call-handling role, it's about providing reassurance, clarity, and excellent service to residents across the UK.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Answer incoming calls and provide updates on scheduled maintenance and repair works.
  • Offer clear guidance and support to residents, ensuring a consistent and professional experience.
  • Accurately log all calls and update internal systems.
  • Escalate complex queries to the appropriate teams.
  • Support with general administrative tasks as needed.

What You'll Bring:

  • Essential:

    • GCSEs (or equivalent) in Maths & English
    • Previous experience in customer service and administration
    • Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
    • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
    • Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
  • Desirable:

    • Customer Service qualifications
    • Fire Warden, First Aid, or Display Screen Equipment training
    • Confident and professional telephone manner
